Privacy policy

We process only the data you enter in the contact form or send by email. The site creates no user accounts and collects no data from other sources.

We use the data to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if we come to an agreement, conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive and in protecting the site from spam (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use the data for marketing mailings without your separate consent, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Proposal for review: requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 12 months from the last correspondence and are then deleted. If a contract is concluded, the correspondence and the contract documents are kept for the period set by accounting and tax law.

You can ask us to delete the data sooner by writing to [email protected], unless the law obliges us to keep it.

We use two processors to keep the site and the contact form working. Cloudflare, Inc. provides the hosting, the processing of the contact form and the spam check (Turnstile). Resend, Inc. delivers the message entered in the form to our email address.

Both process data under a contract and in line with the GDPR; where data is transferred outside the European Union, it happens with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses. We do not pass or sell data to any other third party; we disclose it to public authorities only in the cases laid down by law.

The site currently uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. When you open the site we set a technically necessary cookie, wr_lang. It records only that the language of the address has already been settled, stores no data about you and expires after a year. The Cloudflare security check may set a technically necessary cookie to protect the form. If we add analytics in future, it will run only with your consent, and we will update this section.

You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict the processing, to object to the processing and to receive the data in a portable format. Send requests to [email protected]; we answer within one month.

If you believe we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
